Number takes into account the hydroseeding of the entire surface in 30 -year postclosure. This number also takes into account that on LF -1 only 8 acres will need to be hydroseeded because the remainder is reflected in the LF -2 costs. 3. Based on 2015 County contract w/ Barajas Landscaping Inc.This number takes into account the fact that only part of LF -1 that will need to be mowed would be the top 8 acres.
