Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br /> for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a_sl4ov.orq to arrange the following appointments (a 48- <br /> hour notice is required for inspection appointments). <br /> a) A secondary containment test must be performed in accordance with the <br /> manufactures guidelines or equivalent and test results submitted to the EHD within <br /> 30 days of testing. <br /> b) Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. If it is determined <br /> that a cold start is necessary, a copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior to <br /> performing the "cold start" of the Veeder - Root system and made available at the <br /> time of EHD inspection. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br /> by the State Water Board, and <br /> 1868 E.
