The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for COUNTRY CLUB MOBIL CIRCLE K as of April 19 , 2022 . Open violations from January 28 , 2022 inspection Violation #313 - Monitoring system incapable of detecting entry into secondary containment (post-Jul 2004) . OBSERVATION : Vacuum sensors , S1 87 Product and S3 91 Product , were in alarm at the time of inspection . According to the owner, Sartaj ( Nick) Singh , Elite IV is waiting on parts to repair the sensors . REGULATION GUIDANCE : The continuous monitoring system shall be maintained to detect the entry of the liquid or vapor phase of the hazardous substance stored in the primary containment into the secondary containment, and to detect water intrusion into the secondary containment. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Correct immediately by having a properly licensed , trained , and certified contractor replace the failed component with a functional component (LG 113-x listed , if applicable ) , and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD , if needed . If the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the 87 and 91 UST systems may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #315 - Failure to maintain interstitial space to detect leaks before release to environment (post-Jul 2004) .
