r
Monitoring Report Compliance Checklist 5
f Discharges Regulated by Title 27 and/or Part 258
approximately 200 feet bgs, and depth of waste is not
known. GW below the unlined Module I flows south-
southeasterly through Module 1. The DMP has no
point of compliance at the downgradient edge of
waste. Staff is unclear as to the future expansion plans
(timing)but nonetheless, shall require the Discharger
to install a minimum of one GW monitoringwell ell at
the downgradient boundary of Module 1 in accordance
with T27, section 20415(a)(b)(B) to satisfy sections
20420 20425 or 20430. Furthermore staff will
require the Discharger to submit an updated
Engineering eering Feasibility Plan to update the Site
Conceptual Model, increase LFG collection an vadose
zone monitoring, and install a GW monitoring well.
Finding 29 of the WDRs requires the Discharger to
perform an Evalution Monitoring Program if VOCs
are detected in the soil gas probes.
Additional Comments and Recommendations:
RWQCB Staff Signature: _
Date: 14 Ma 2014
