A test report has not been submitted to the EHD or the California Environmental Reporting System , Corrective Action Statement After conferring with Balch Petroleum on 1 /28/22 , it was discovered that the Monitoring Compliance and Spill Buckets test were provided to the CUPA but not the Secondary Containment Test. A copy of the Secondary Containment Test is attached to this correspondence . The Secondary Containment Test noted failures in Section 9 Comments . Work Order 449060 has been issued to Balch Petroleum to investigate failures and provide a quote for repairs . We will have more information on the status of this work by March 11 , 2022 . #3 Violation Text : Violation #209 : The UST training form on site was on an incorrect form. Corrective Action Statement The Designated Operator, Rolando Urbina, provided training during the inspection and the Facility Employee Training Certificate was corrected on site . No Further Action required. #4 Violation Text : Violation #308 : The 208 sensor located in the UDC for dispenser 1 failed to activate an audible and visual alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring of the tank system. Corrective Action Statement The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection . #5 Violation Text : Violation #318 : The 6 ,OOOg diesel, used oil and new oil spill containers failed when tested . Corrective Action Statement : Under Work Order 448509 , Balch Petroleum repaired and re-tested the three failed spill buckets on February 17 , 2022 . The passing Spill Bucket Retest was emailed to KBlackwellksj og v . org on February 24 , 2022 and is attached to this response .
