The Solid Waste Facility Permit allows the facility to accept a maximum of 1,500 tons <br /> of solid waste per day. <br /> Implement control procedures to prevent accepting more than 1,500 tons of solid waste per day. <br /> 2) Area of Concern-PRC 44004(a) - Significant Change - The facility received 1,540.05 tons of solid waste on <br /> May 12, 2006. The Solid Waste Facility Permit allows the facility to accept a maximum of 1,500 tons of solid <br /> waste per day. Exceeding the tonnage limit constitutes a significant change to the operation of the facility. <br /> Implement control procedures to prevent accepting more than 1,500 tons of solid waste per day. <br /> 3) Note: Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG-3 =0%, SG-4 = 3.1%, SG-5 =0%, <br /> SG-11 = 15.6% (not a compliance point) and SG-12 =0% (all three probes). <br /> 4) Note: Universal Waste storage -Fluorescent lamps were stored in long cardboard boxes. Small items such <br /> as D size batteries and phones were stored in a covered plastic tub. Electronic waste such as stereos and <br /> computers were stored in a open top metal bin.
