Aq <br /> -`� <br /> ( <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA California Integrated Waste <br /> CIWMB 3 (Rev. 4/04) Management Board <br /> INSPECTION REPORT ADDENDUM PAGE 2 OF 2 <br /> AGENCY CONDUCTING INSPECTION: San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> SITE NUMBER: 39-AA-0004 INSPECTOR: Garrett Backus <br /> SITE NAME: Foothill Landfill <br /> RECEIVED BY <br /> INSPECTION DATE: July 26, 2006 OPERATOR p lG-- <br /> COMMENTS: <br /> A routine inspection was done on this day. <br /> 1) Violation—T27 CCR §20919.5 —Explosive Gas Control—Perimeter gas well SG-4 contained 6.3%methane <br /> when measured during the inspection. <br /> 2) Note: Measured perimeter soil gas wells for methane concentration: SG-4=6.3%, SG-7 = 0%, SG-11 = <br /> 17.1% (not a compliance point) and SG-12 = 0% (all three probes). <br /> 3) Note: Traffic control—Three "Dumping Area" signs, with arrows, were installed to direct self-haul <br /> customers to the working face. The signs are located at each fork in the working face access road. <br /> 4)Note: Dust control—Water trucks were applying water to the roads and keeping the dust under control. <br /> 5)Note: Litter control—Two person litter crew was picking up litter near the active face. <br /> 6)Note: Site Improvement Project(SIP)—Work on the module I cover was underway during the inspection. <br /> No exposure of waste was observed during the inspection.
