The report includes all of the information required by T14 CCR 17210.5. <br />2) Note - The site Winterization Plan was received by the EHD and was found to be complete. <br />3) Note - Reviewed daily load check records. Records were complete and up-to-date. <br />4) Note - Reviewed tonnage and traffic records.
