<br />A. The onsite litter was minimal.
<br />B. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -118= 0% (all three probes), SG -120=0% (all three
<br />probes).
<br />C. Records maintained and up to date.
<br />D. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS.
<br />E. The burrowing animal control measures were in place (bait stations).
<br />F. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection.
<br />G. The EHD received Revised Partial Final Closure and Postclosure Maintenance Plan from the San Joaquin County
<br />Department of Public Works Solid Waste Division dated October 16, 2016. The EHD is in the process of reviewing the
<br />plan.
<br />H. On October 3, 2017 the EHD received winterization plan from the Operator.
