On October 20, 2017 facility received <br />1538.27 tons. <br />a. The Foothill Sanitary Landfill shall not receive more than permitted capacity of 1500 tons per day without <br />obtaining a permit revision first. <br />Notes: <br />A. The onsite litter was minimal. <br />B. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -116= 0% (all three probes), SG -117=0% (all three <br />probes). <br />C. Records maintained and up to date. <br />D. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br />E. The burrowing animal control measures were in place (bait stations). <br />F.
