<br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF DIVISION 300E PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA LADE OF REGULATIONS (CCR)
<br />Notes:
<br />A. The onsite litter was minimal.
<br />B. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG -120= 0% (all three probes), SG -121=0% (all three
<br />probes).
<br />C. Records maintained and up to date.
<br />D. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS.
<br />E. The burrowing animal control measures were in place (bait stations).
<br />F. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection.
<br />G. Because of the weather conditions some areas of landfill were not accessible for inspection.
<br />H. No violations or areas of concern.
