<br /> Comments: Observed one truck driver not wearing hard hat and safety vest when he was out of his vehicle at the

<br /> Comments: Observed several erosion channels on the east side of the module 1.
<br /> a. Repair the erosion channels to prevent future waste exposure.
<br /> b. Provide adequate erosion control.
<br /> x 20830 - Litter Control
<br /> Comments: Windblown litter was observed north of the active face. No windblown litter was observed beyond the
<br /> site boundary. Personnel was observed picking up the litter. Continuation of AC from the last inspection.
<br /> a. Provide adequate litter control.
<br /> b..Litter shall be controlled, routinely collected and disposed of properly.

<br /> A. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SGA 19= 0% (all three probes), SG-120=0% (all three
<br /> probes).
<br /> B. Records maintained and up to date.
<br /> C. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS.
<br /> D. The site is using sheep to control vegetation. The sheep were onsite during the inspection.
<br /> E. Because of the weather conditions several areas of landfill were not accessible for inspection.
