The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br /> 2. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG-113= 0% (all three probes), SG-114=0% (all three <br /> probes), SG-119= 0% (all three probes). <br /> 3. Records maintained and up to date. <br /> 4. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br /> 5. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 6. Vegetation level was moderate. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum to prevent surface fires from <br /> taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br /> 7. Some daylighting observed at the active face. Provide adequate cover. <br /> 8. Ensure that all personnel working at disposal area wear safety equipment. <br /> 9. On June 29, 2018 a fire occurred at the Foothill Landfill.The only damage is in the eastern fencing. Gas monitoring <br /> well heads at GS-11 through GS-13 are not damaged.
