The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br /> 5. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 6. Vegetation level was moderate. Operator should maintain the vegetation at a minimum to prevent surface fires from <br /> taking place which could cause a threat to public health and safety and the environment. <br /> 7.
