CalRecycle staff were present to conduct the 18 month joint inspection. <br /> 2. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br /> 3. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG-120= 0% (all three probes), SG-119=0% (all three <br /> probes). <br /> 4. Records maintained and up to date. <br /> 5. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br /> 6. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 7. Operator shall maintain vegetation at a minimum at the entire landfill. <br /> 8. The onsite litter was minimal. <br /> 9.
