Disposed solid waste shall be covered with a minimum of 6 inches of compacted earthen material. <br /> b. Ensure that the waste is completely covered with soil. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG-119= 0% (all three probes), SG-118=0% (all three <br /> probes). <br /> 2. Records maintained and up to date. <br /> 3. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 4. Vegetation was at minimum at time of inspection. <br /> 5. The onsite litter was minimal. <br /> 6. Where operations are conducted during hours of darkness/fogginess, the site shall be equipped with adequate lighting <br /> to ensure safety and monitor the effectiveness of operations. Lights on or from vehicles, without other sources of light at <br /> the work face, are not adequate.
