No windblown litter was observed beyond the <br /> site boundary. Because of the construction of Module 2B for safety reason personnel was not picking up the litter. <br /> According to Operator litter will be picked up on Saturday when landfill will be open for normal operation. <br /> a. Litter shall be controlled, routinely collected and disposed of properly. <br /> b. Utilize litter control measures (i.e. litter fences)to prevent windblown litter in quantities that create a nuisance. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1. The site uses soil and tarps for cover. The cover met SMS. <br /> 2. Measured perimeter soil gas well for methane concentration: SG-120=0% (all three probes), SG-121=0% (all three <br /> probes). <br /> 3. Some daylighting observed at the active face. Provide adequate cover. <br /> 4. The site is using sheep to control vegetation. The sheep were onsite during the inspection. <br /> 5. Records maintained and up to date. <br /> 6. The site was using a water truck for dust control. <br /> 7. Burrowing animal control measures were in place via bait stations. <br /> 8. The San Joaquin County Public notified the EHD regarding the construction of Module 2B which started on March 25, <br /> 2019. The construction will last for 150 days. Ford Construction is the project's contractor. The landfill will be open with <br /> normal operations during construction. <br /> CalRecycle Solid Waste Information System(SWIS) 1 of 1 <br />
