Also Present (Name) <br />Robert McClellon <br />THE ABOVE FACILITY WAS INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF THE DIVISION 30 OF THE PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE (PRC) AND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 27 CALIFORNIA CODE OF REGULATIONS(CCR) <br />No Violations or Areas of Concern <br />V A Regulations <br />X <br />20870 - Hazardous Wastes <br />Comments: On February 10, 2011 the facility reported that they had received a load of waste coming from Alco <br />Metals. One load of waste was disposed of prior to the site operator noticing that it might be hazardous waste. <br />Alco Metals brought a second load and the operator was directed to recieve the load, but not to dispose of it. <br />Robert McClellon made a site visit later that day and assessed the load. The load appeared to be hazardous. <br />Alco Metals brought 2 more loads to the site. The waste was sampled and the results indicate that the waste is <br />hazardous waste. The waste is pending removal by Alco Metals to an approved disposal site. In the future all <br />loads that contian suspected hazardous waste shall be not be disposed at the site prior to review by the EHD <br />(which may include sampling). <br />Inspection <br />Report Comments: <br />A routine inspection was conducted this date and the following was noted: <br />1. The weather conditions for the site were very windy and rain was heavy. The previous daily cover was adequate. <br />2. The site appears to be holding up well and erosion is minimal. <br />3. No gas monitoring was conducted during the inspection due to weather conditions. <br />4. The site is currently using sheep to control the vegitation. <br />
