A large <br />portion of the waste was not covered. The site did not experience any extreme weather conditions that have <br />hampered or precluded the site operator from providing daily cover. The iste is approved for the use of ADC <br />Traps. The site has the ADC tarps onsite, but chose not to use them. Provide adequate daily cover each day. <br />x <br />20870 - Hazardous Wastes <br />Comments: Recently the site had received waste from Alco Metals. The waste contained in those loads have <br />been determined to be hazardous waste. On March 2, 2011 the site turned away a load of waste from Alco <br />Metals and directed the drive to call the EHD. The final deposition of that load is unkown. In the future the <br />operator is directed to recieve the load in question and make contact with the EHD. The EHD will assess the <br />load (which may include sampling) to determine if the waste can be disposed of at the site. <br />Inspection Report Comments: <br />A site visit was made to foolowup on the gas montioring for the site.
