gallon milk shelf -- 43.00º F walk-in -- 40.00º F <br />half gallon milk shelf -- 42.00º F <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Complaint inspection. <br />Employee was aware of complaint. <br />Per employee Ahamed the earlier shift employee had a customer that brought back milk that had soured. <br />Per employee the expiration date on the milk bottle was good and when they checked the walk-in thermometer yesterday it <br />said it was 34 F. <br />Employee believed that the issue might have been with the warehouse. <br />Per employee the owner inspected the walk-in when the complaint was received and they did not find any issues with the <br />walk-in. <br />The milk bottles were stored in the leftmost area at door 1 of the walk-in display. <br />Milk bottles felt cold to the touch. <br />The temperature of the air inside the walk-in was 40 F, the temperature on the half gallon milk bottle shelf was 42 F, and the <br />temperature on the gallon milk bottle shelf was 43 F. <br />Provide 41 F or below if potentially hazardous food items other than eggs or pasteurized dairy products will stored on those <br />shelves. <br />The expiration dates on the half gallon milk bottles were 1/16/22 and 1/19/22. <br />The temperature on the thermometer outside the walk-in said 34 F throughout the inspection. <br />discussed report with Ahamed Ali, employee. <br />No signature captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
