A NJ O A Q U l N Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> ARP MINI MART CORP 25775 S PATTERSON PASS RD, TRACY February 15, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 113 CCR 2637(a-d), 2712(b)(1)(F) Failure to conduct secondary containment testing. <br /> OBSERVATION: Secondary containment testing was previously performed on 1/31/2019 and was completed on <br /> 2/7/2022, 1 months past due. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment testing is required once every 36 months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 318 CCR 2635, 2637.1,2665, 2712 Failed to meet spill container requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The diesel spill container failed when tested. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All USTs shall be equipped with a spill container that collects any hazardous <br /> substances spilled during delivery operations,that has a minimum capacity of five gallons and a drain valve that <br /> allows drainage of the collected spill into the primary container or provide a means to keep the container empty. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The spill container's drain valve was replaced. The spill container was retested during the <br /> inspection. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 3/17/2022. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
