S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SHERIFFS OPERATIONS CTR#1 T7000 N MICHAEL CANLIS RD, FRENCH CAMP January 07, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 208 CCR 2716(a-e) Failure to comply with the designated operator inspection requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the overfill &secondary <br /> containment on the designated operator inspection reports. <br /> -06/17/2021 DO report contained an incorrect overfill date 10/11/18. <br /> -07/14/2021 DO report contained an incorrect overfill date 10/11/18. <br /> -09/09/2021 DO report contained an incorrect overfill test date 10/11/18&secondary test date 08/29/18. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and <br /> maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing inspections at this facility are including all of <br /> the required information on the reports. <br /> OBSERVATION: The designated operator failed to check and note all required items on the visual inspection <br /> reports.The incorrect and missing information included the following from the inspection reports: <br /> -The mechanical float mechanisms used in UDCs box was checked on the DO reports dated 1/28/21-12/29/21. <br /> UDCs at this site do not have mechanical float mechanisms. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: During the visual inspection,the designated operator shall check that all required <br /> testing and maintenance for the UST system have been completed and shall check all required items on the report. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that designated operators performing visual inspections at this facility are including <br /> all of the required information on the reports. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 02/07/2022. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
