Martin <br /> 4910 E. Clarksdale Road, Acampo <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on both parcels under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> d. Construction of an individual domestic water well on both parcels under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> Note: The well may require a deeper than normal grout seal because of its <br /> close proximity to Victor Fine Foods. The Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> should be contacted in determining the actual needed depth. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 0 <br />
