The propane is being reported as 1500 cubic feet but should be listed as 1500 gallons.The max daily <br /> amount for the series 730 is being reported as 500 gallons but the max daily amount is 100 gallons. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> OBSERVATION: 211 gallons of 418 boiler water treatment in boiler area , 110 gallons of Chlorinated Foamer#4 in <br /> storage cage, 12 hydraulic oil tanks of different sizes through out facility, 110 gallons of oily water in oil room, 800 <br /> pounds of oily solids in oil room, 798 gallons of mineral oil for the transformers were found on site and have not <br /> been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete because it is missing the location of the fire extinguishers as part of <br /> the emergency response equipment.The site map is also missing the location of chlorinated foamer#4, 12 <br /> hydraulic tanks, 3 transformers, 2 oily water drums, and2 oily solid drums. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 2 violations found during the <br /> inspection.
