Description of project and the LEA's preliminary determination: <br />The Tracy MRF is a permitted large volume transfer facility, located at 30701 S. MacArthur Drive, Tracy, <br />California. On June 7, 2013, the LEA received a SWFP application package from Mike Repetto to revise <br />the existing permit. <br />The LEA finds that the proposed changes are consistent with all applicable certified and/or adopted CEQA <br />documents and is consistent with State Minimum Standards. The application was accepted as complete on <br />July 7 - 013. <br />Proposed changes include: <br />• Increase the tonnage to 1,800 tons per day, and c <br />per day, to meet the needs of AB 32 for City of <br />reduction goals; <br />• Expand programs to accommodate the AB 341 <br />business and multi -family units; , 1 <br />• Expand the construction and demolition c11111erc <br />processing area; ����''' <br />• Expand the outdoor green waste proces, it liiopc <br />residential green waste with food wastect== <br />digestion feedstock; � <br />• Include the processing of corn.
