0 0 <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT will be conducting an informational <br />public hearing regarding the revision of a Full Solid Waste Facilities Permit for <br />the transfer and processing of solid waste and recyclable materials regarding the <br />following project: <br />Tracy Material Recovery & Transfer Facility <br />30703 S. MacArthur Dr. <br />Tracy, CA 95377 <br />(209) 835-0601 <br />This purpose of this project is to revise an existing permit for this solid waste <br />transfer and recycling facility; the site is currently operating as a fully permitted <br />facility but proposed changes to the operations have necessitated that the Solid <br />Waste Facility Permit be revised. The traffic and tonnage volumes, facility size, <br />processing operations, and hours of operation proposed were inclusive within <br />entitlements granted by the County of San Joaquin. <br />This hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at 6:00 PM, at the <br />facility address noted above. Comments by non-English speaking participants <br />may be recorded for proper translation and consideration, if necessary. <br />Any comments or questions regarding this project, from those who are unable to <br />attend this meeting can be forwarded to Mr. Robert McClellon, (209) 876-7529, <br />San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, Solid Waste Local <br />Enforcement Agency (LEA), 1868 E.
