You do not need to certify the inactive site annually.

Haza Saeed
Lead Sr. Registered Environmental Health Specialist
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E. To inactivate this location please provide the following the information:
1. Brief description on the status of the chemicals listed below for this site( eg. Were they all consumed, have been removed to another site, etc..) - I am not
certain the date the chemicals were consumed. Our new agreement with the contractor that maintains the Weber Point Events Center Fountain reads
"no chemicals will be allowed to be stored in the fountain pump/filtration building (utility building) and we will actively verify there are zero materials
stored on site.
2. Photo showing the chemicals have been removed from their assigned area(s) - I will take photos of the entire empty fountain pump/filtration building
(utility building) and email to you.
3. Update CERS Business Activity section - Done

Is this the only site you are inactivating this year? - Yes, we've revised our agreements with our pool and filter maintenance contractors that provide service to
our pools and Weber Point Events Center that now clearly states no materials should be stored on site.
