FINDINGS FOR SITE APPROVAL <br />PA -2t 0028? <br />VAN DAELE DEVELOPMENT CORP. <br />As required pursuant to 9-818.6M of th¢ San Joaquin County Developm¢nt Coda. The proposed <br />apartment project by Van Oael¢ Homes approved by the Mountain House DRC on July 15, 2022, and <br />presented in plans by Bass¢nlan/Lagoni dated Junes 20, 2022, is: <br />(a) Consistency. The proposed use is consistent with the goals, policies, standards and maps of <br />the San Joaquin County General Plan, the Mountain House Messier Plan, Specific Plan I and <br />the Mountain House Financing Plan adopted by the County; <br />(b) Improv¢ments. Adequate utilities, roadway Improvements, sanitation, water supply, drainage <br />and other necessary facilities have- bean provided, and the proposed Improvements are <br />properly related to existing and proposed roadways; <br />(c) Site Suitability. The site is physically suitable for the type of development and for the intensity <br />of development; <br />(d) Issuance NOT D¢i¢rim¢nial. Issuance of the permit will not ba significantly detrimental to the <br />public health, safety or welfare, or ba injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent <br />properties; <br />(e) Compatibility.
