Eastern San Joaquin Groundwater Basin Groundwater Management Plan <br />Northeastern San Joaquin County Executive Summary <br />Groundwater Banking Authority 4 <br />Throughout the planning process, the Authority’s Coordinating Committee, a technical sub- <br />group of the Authority, convened every 4th Wednesday of the Month to formulate the Plan. Key <br />discussion points and decisions were debated and finalized by the Coordinating Committee and <br />incorporated into the Plan by Authority Staff. Draft sections of the Plan were also presented to <br />and commented on by the Coordinating Committee. The Authority Board of Directors was <br />regularly updated on the activities of the Plan at their regular meetings on the 2nd Wednesday of <br />the month.
