Union Road, Manteca APN: 226-110-01 & -02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Emergency Management Agency Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Union Road has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> Veritas Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
