Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4.
