Violation 605—The Generator Improvement Rule has not been adopted in California,thus 22 CCR <br /> 66262.34(f) still applies. Since Sally Beauty Holdings (SBH) does not agree that"composition" means <br /> "contents," how has SBH met the requirement to label the hazardous waste containers with the <br /> composition of the waste in the containers? <br /> 2. Sally Beauty stores#752, 1679, and 10229 ; and Cosmoprof stores#8784 and 8832: <br /> a.
