Hi Deb, Per§112.5 amendments should be prepared within six months, and implemented as soon as possible, but not later than six months following the preparation of the amendment. If the petroleum amounts in CERS that is fine. For the stormwater flow map in CERS, please fill out the return to compliance certification Kristina sent with an anticipated date of when the map will be submitted into CERS. Do you know when the construction is anticipated to be completed?#6 on the HMBP inspection cannot be closed out until the updated map has been uploaded into CERS.The storm water map in CERS does not necessarily have to be the as-built drawings from the contractor but it should clearly show the new flow of storm and sewer drains.
