Subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County ordinance <br /> No. 549, including the foll�i <br /> N� <br /> 1. A percolation test and a soils profile shall be conducted on every third <br /> lot in the subdivision. � �'/y <br /> 2 . A minimum sewage disposal area, as determined from the percolation tests, <br /> is to be shown on each lot on the final map. <br /> 3 . The minimum sewage disposal area for each let will be permitted to be <br /> located within five: feet (5 ' ) of a property line. <br /> 4 . The external boundary of any minimum sewage disposal area shall be <br /> located at least a minimum lateral distance of one hundred fifty feet <br /> (150' ) from the public water well. sites . <br /> 5 .
