completed prior to the approval of the Final <br /> Map, the subdivider shall execute an agree- <br /> ment with the County of San Joaquin insuring <br /> the completion of improvements within one (1) <br /> year after filing the Final Map. <br /> (c) Full street improvements in compliance with <br /> Section 9-1612 of Ordinance 2634 as approved <br /> by the Department of Public Works shall be <br /> provided within the subdivision. Curbs and <br /> gutters shall be provided throughout the sub- <br /> division. One-half of a 100 ' right-of-way <br /> along State Route 120 shall be provided in <br /> accordance with the Highway 120 Specific Plan. <br /> Ideal Parkway width shall be subject to the <br /> requirements of Department of Public Works. <br /> (d) The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay <br /> users fees for the utility services from the <br /> time the improvements are accepted by the County <br /> to the end of the fiscal year, or up to a one <br /> (1) year period, as the case may be. <br /> 2. (a) A public drainage system shall be provided to <br /> meet the requirements of the County and to <br /> provide adequate drainage for the improvements . <br /> The acceptance or approval by the County of <br /> the drainage system does not relieve the <br /> developer (or his engineer) of the responsibility <br /> or providing an adequate drainage system. <br /> (b) A public water system shall be provided .con- <br /> forming to the requirements of the Local Health <br /> District and the Department of Public Works . <br /> The system shall provide adequate water supply <br /> and fire hydrants for fire protection in <br /> - 2 - <br />
