Cherokee Rd. , Stockton <br /> USE: For a five (5) lot subdivision <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. Percolation test were conducted in 1983 and approved for 10,000 square feet <br /> of sewage disposal area under S-82-8. <br /> 2. The septic system for Parcel 5 is failing and is less than 25 feet from the <br /> existing well . The system must be replaced. Subsequent development of this <br /> parcel will require a new septic system. <br /> 3. The well on Parcel 5 is within 25 feet of the existing septic system and is <br /> not properly sealed. The well must be brought to Health District standards <br /> or destroyed. Subsequent development will require a well meeting current <br /> Health District standards. <br /> 4. The existing irrigation well on Parcel 3 is not approved as a domestic water <br /> supply. This well is to be destroyed or converted to a legal use under permit <br /> and inspection of the Health District. <br /> 5. A new domestic well site is required for Parcel 3. <br /> 6. An Improvement Plan is required to be approved by the Health District prior to <br /> the recording of the final map and shall include all existing wells and septic <br /> / systems within 150 feet of the boundry of the proposed subdivision. <br /> ,/. If public water is provided the wells on Parcels #3& 5 are to be destroyed, <br /> repaired or converted to a legal use.
