Environmental Impact <br /> Report EIR 79-4 had been prepared and certified for this project. <br /> - The Board of Supervisors approved rezoning of the site from GA-10 to RR-65 <br /> on September 18, 1980. This action was to bring the zoning into conformity <br /> with the General Plan change previously approved. <br /> - With regard to Parcel Six which has a proposed area of 58,600 square feet, <br /> the zoning Ordinance (Section 9-5012 (e) (2) permits a remainder parcel <br /> having a minimum of 58,000 square feet. <br /> - The Environmental Review Officer has prepared a Negative Declaration based <br /> on an Initial Study of the project. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> At its meeting of July 28, 1982, the Development Committee recommended <br /> approval of the proposal subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1) All improvements shall conform with the improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specifications must be approved by the County <br /> of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to approval of the <br /> Final Map. <br /> If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to the <br /> approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute an agreement <br /> with the County of San Joaquin, insuring the completion of improvements <br /> within one (1) year after filing the Final Map. <br /> Full street improvements in compliance with Section 1612 of Ordinance <br /> 2634 and Ordinance 672 shall be provided within the subdivision. <br /> Leonardini and Cherokee Roads shall be fully improved on the subdivided <br /> side in compliance with County standards. <br />
