3E Company provides 24 - hour emergency response cleanup support in the event of a large <br /> spill . Colleagues should be prepared to provide the following information when contacting <br /> 3E Company through the CVS Health Safety Hotline for spill response assistance : <br /> • Caller ' s facility <br /> • Name <br /> • Phone number <br /> • Injuries or exposures as a result of the release <br /> • Chemical / Product full label name and any applicable part numbers/hazard warnings <br /> • Manufacturer <br /> • Quantity of release <br /> ® Details of the incident <br /> 3E Company will provide the following to the caller: <br /> • Provide hazard assessment based on chemical , size , location , time and weather <br /> conditions . <br /> • Evaluate colleague training /competency <br /> • Advise on appropriate personal protective equipment ( PPE ) <br /> • Provide direction on release control , absorbents , storage containers and labeling <br /> • Evaluate local , state , and federal regulatory reporting requirements <br /> • Make agency notification when applicable <br /> 3E Company will also work directly with CVS Health EH & S Department to coordinate <br /> emergency response , if required . <br /> REUL E ' <br /> APR 01 2019 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> DEPARTMENT <br /> r �i� h �t'C11dC Environmental 21 <br /> p y Health & Safety <br />
