The EHD concurs with the proposal with the <br />following conditions: <br />Obtain an Alternative Designed Commercial Septic System Repair Permit prior to <br />construction. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. The <br />installation shall include a 30 square foot Vari-PAC RD30 polypropylene random dump <br />media in place of the previous trickling filter. <br />Once the filter installation is completed, provide a side-by-side water quality analysis of the <br />remaining existing filter with the new filter to include Biochemical Oxygen Demand, <br />Dissolved Oxygen, and settable solids. <br />If you have any questions please contact Frank Girardi, Senior Registered Environmental <br />Health Specialist at fvgirardi@sjgov.org or at (209) 616-3044. <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Program Coordinator <br />1868 E.
