I'll be there at 9 am on Feb 10 to see <br /> the site. <br /> Both permits require a submittal to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> https://cers.calepa.ca.gov/ . Create a business account and claim the existing CERS ID 10182645. Complete the <br /> facility information, hazardous materials inventory and plans sections.
