BANTA RD. <br />TRACY, CA. 95304 <br />WELL WATER TEST RESULTS <br />Location: 4700 Lovely Rd., Tracy, Ca. 95304 <br />Sampling Date: 5/19/2021 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part of the <br />permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County Well Standards <br />section 9-9.2.1 * states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, it shall be sampled <br />by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the installation of the well pump, <br />and disinfection." The cost of sampling was included with the well permit issuance. <br />We have sampled your new well and have received your results.
