Oxygen gas—the storage is wrongly reported as ambient vs. above ambient. 2. Anchorseal -the Mixture Components section has not been completed (refer to SDS or container label for component information). 3. Tim-bor-the Mixture Components section has not been completed (refer to SDS or container label for component information). • Violation #6,the site map does not show or address the following: 1. Storm and sewer drains. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, 1
