The <br />Department requires a statement from the local health agency approving the use of <br />individual water and septic systems on EACH AND EVERY Lot in the proposed <br />subdivision, and any other information of benefit to a prospective purchaser your office <br />may wish to provide. <br />We respectfully request issuance of this letter by your Department.
