Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of building permit <br /> issuance. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services are either <br /> bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval. (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2). <br /> C. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> D. Submit application for a hazardous waste permit to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> E. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division.
