Letter: Chandler Martin, Senior Planner
April 26,2000
Page 2
implementing the Master Plan and Specific Plan I. A decision on these items is imperative, as we are
ready to finalize our storm water improvement plans for the First Phase of Mountain House. Without a
clear decision as to the approach for the mitigation of the changed conditions, we are unable to complete
our plans and begin the construction of Phase 1.
In addition to the above issues, we are also very concerned about what impacts this project will have on a
series of other considerations, including but not limited to regional and local traffic, and transportation.
We hope that the County is considering all of these issues and potential impacts as part of your CEQA
review of this project.
Very Truly Yours,
TRIMARK COMMUNITIES
e0o e'
ERIC TEED-BOSE
Director of Forward Planning
cc: San Joaquin County Planning Commission
Ben Hulse, Community Development
Kerri Sullivan, Community Development
Michael Hitchcock,Community Development
Manual Lopez,Public Works
Michael McGrew, County Counsel
Jim Leonard,MHCSD
Lynn Sutton,MHCSD
Duane Grimsman,Trimark Communities
Steve Herum,Herum Crabtree
Ron Skaggs, Condor Earth Technologies
