• Identify further permits that will be required from the Army Corps of Engineers, the California <br /> i <br /> Department of Fish and Game, the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board. <br /> The auto auction facility consists of storage spaces for approximately 12,600 cars, plus an auction <br /> building, a car wash, a reconditioning building, a paint and body shop, and a check-in canopy. Besides <br /> the car storage spaces, another 1,867 spaces would be provided for employee, dealer, truck, and future <br /> expansion parking. <br /> The second part of this project is an amendment to a Development Agreement by and between the <br /> County of San Joaquin and Bay Cities Truck Stop, Tracy Industrial Partners, and King & Lyons-Tracy <br /> Industrial. This amendment will add 204 acres to the Development Agreement. <br /> Recommendation <br /> Approval.
