<br />OBSERVATIONS: I observed frozen meat bulks placed in the prep sink and on the right drain board of the 3 comp sink to
<br />be thawed. Stop this practice today. Start today adopting one of the approved thawing methods listed below.
<br />I coach operator on some of the approved methods such as placing frozen food in the cooler or thaw raw meat under
<br />running water.

<br />OBSERVATIONS: Right door of 3 D True cooler is not tightly closing. Replace/ repair gasket in 2 weeks.
<br />Ice tea dispenser is leaking and waste water is collected in a bin placed underneath it in the waitress station. Repair
<br />dispenser in 1 week.
