Clean today and repair as necessary. <br />Observed spillage on floor in walk-in. Clean today and maintain clean. <br />Observed debris on ceiling in walk-in. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Ceiling tile was not properly installed over cup storage shelf in back room. Install ceiling tile properly or replace ceiling tile <br />within 2 weeks. <br />Observed damaged/missing coving in restroom. Replace coving within 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
