These three separate <br />checks shall be delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within thirty (30) calendar days of <br />the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action. <br />(d) SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($750,000.00), by <br />check, made payable to "The County of Sacramento — Environmental Management Department," <br />to fund the Sacramento County Abandoned Well Restoration Project. This Project is more fully <br />described in Exhibit D, attached hereto and, by reference, made part of this Stipulation and Final <br />Judgment. The check shall be delivered to the Office of the Attorney General within thirty (30) <br />calendar days of the Effective Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action. The County of <br />Sacramento Environmental Management Department shall ensure that these funds are expended <br />for the purposes of the Sacramento County Abandoned Well Restoration Project, and shall, until <br />the exhaustion of these funds, provide annual reports describing the specific use of the funds and <br />describing the specific activities completed. These reports shall be submitted to Plaintiff pursuant <br />to Paragraph 16 herein. <br />(e) TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000.00), shall <br />be expended by Defendants in Sacramento County over the five years following the Effective <br />Date of the Final Judgment entered in this action, on the implementation of Defendants' Fiberlite <br />Lid Replacement Project, which is described in Exhibit E. This Supplemental Environmental <br />Project is designed to advance the environmental goals underlying the California Health and <br />Safety Code and to improve the overall environmental health of the citizens of the State of <br />California through the replacement of manway covers at UST station sites owned or operated by <br />Defendants in Sacramento to facilitate access to and monitoring of leaks from underground <br />storage systems at their UST station sites.
