BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, I <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />R-80- A:P <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPEAL OF TERRY PIAZZA FROM PLANNING COM- <br />MISSION DENIAL OF SUBDIVISION MAP NO. 5-80-12 OF JOHN TERESI, <br />SOUTH OF LOCKEFORD, COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />WHEREAS, on June 19, 1980, the Planning Commission of the <br />county of San Joaquin, State of California, did recommend ratifica- <br />tion of the Negative Declaration and denial of Subdivision Map <br />No. 5-80-12 of JOHN TERESI (c/o Baumbach & Piazza), for an 18 <br />lot agricultural subdivision, on the south side of Brandt Road, <br />1512.98' west of Tully Road, south of Lockeford, County of San <br />Joaquin, State of California, which decision was appealed by <br />TERRY PIAZZA; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 8, 1980, this Board of Supervisors did <br />set the date of August 7, 1980, at the hour of 10:05 a.m. for <br />a public hearing on said matter; and <br />WHEREAS, said matter was rescheduled to September 4, 1980, <br />at the hour of 10:00 a.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, on this date this Board of Supervisors did conduct <br />a public hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given <br />in accordance with law, and oral and documentary evidence having <br />oil E been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this <br />2f oard of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br />o o NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Super- <br />. o ., <br />T <br />visors that the appeal of TERRY PIAZZA be, and it herebv is, <br />~ ` approved; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Subdivision Map No. 5-80-12 <br />of JOHN TERESI (c/o Baumbach & Piazza), be, and it hereby is, <br />conditionally approved as follows: <br />1. All improvements shall conform to the requirements <br />of the County of San Joaquin. <br />2. Public utility easements shall be as required by <br />Pacific Gas and Electric, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph in <br />its letter of January 11, 1980, and all other public utilities. <br />The undergrounding of utilities shall be waived under <br />the provisions of Section 9-1731 of Ordinance 2634. Section 9-1733 of <br />r <br />Ordinance No. 2634 shall apply. <br />3. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by <br />
